Policies
Registration
Payment to Art Voyces is due at the time of registration or before the first day of sessions. Registration will not be taken in sessions and participants will not be allowed to attend sessions until registration has been completed.
Attendance
Art Voyces is unable to pro-rate or refund costs for missed sessions as you may transfer costs to another available session, exceptions to this policy may be made only in cases of an emergency. Sessions cannot be attended by anyone other than the registered participant.
Private Events
A $50 deposit is required on all private event bookings. This deposit is fully refundable with a minimum of 48 hour cancellation notice. The deposit is non-refundable with cancellations made with less than 48 hour notice or no-shows. To allow for project preparations, confirmation of event details is needed within 48 hours of the event or the event will be cancelled without deposit refunded.
Early Drop Off / Late Pick Up
Timely drop off and pick up, not exceeding a 5 minute grace period before/after session, is greatly appreciated, as we are unable to provide childcare and supervision. A fee will be given in the amount of $5 for every 5 minutes, in excess of a 5 minute grace period before/after session, that the participant is left unattended by a parent/guardian. Continued early/late issues will result in the suspension and/or denial of future participation without refund.
Photo Release
Art Voyces respects the privacy of participants and may photograph and/or record art and/or participants - you may decline at time of registration. If you do not decline, Art Voyces may use photographs and/or recordings of art and/or participants without compensation.
Behavior Conduct
Art Voyces promotes a safe, friendly, and comfortable environment for participants and instructors. Any behavior that is disruptive or unsafe to participants, instructors, materials, and/or property will result in action steps - including, but not limited to - a verbal warning, immediate removal from session, and/or denial of future participation without refund.
Illness
Please do not attend session if feeling unwell as you may transfer costs to another available session. If participant develops symptoms of illness in session, parent/guardian will be immediately contacted.
Waiver
All participants must agree to these policies and sign the Waiver and Release of Liability to complete registration for any session or event. Please refer back to these policies regularly as they are subject to update and change.
